EXIM Bank Goes the Extra Mile

EXIM Bank has made it a point to spread information about issues faced in regards to the elephant population, in an effort to sustain their CSR initiatives. EXIM Bank representatives recently made their way to Pusat Konservasi Gajah Kebangsaan Kuala Gandah for a programme to spread awareness and information about the conservation of elephants. The event started off with the launch EXIM Bank’s contribution, officiated by YBhg. Datuk Mat Noor Nawi, Chairman of EXIM Bank. Among the initiatives of EXIM Bank included the improvisation of the information centre of PKGK Kuala Gandah with latest information on elephants in the form of posters, signboards, bilingual visitor leaflets and the donation of prosthetic leg for female elephant named Selendang.

Many activities are being organized for the upcoming World Elephant Day, such as coloring contest, treasure hunt, photography contest and more. The public is also welcome to head on to PKGK Kuala Gandah for free entry.
