A Corporate Sustainability and Social Responsibility event proudly organized by CSR Malaysia Publications to honour outstanding corporations in Malaysia that have excelled in the role of change agents in the socio-economic transformation of Malaysia. CSR Malaysia endeavours to promote sustainable economies and to serve the needy by featuring CSR initiatives of corporations in Malaysia. This event is endorsed by the national sustainability body which is Pertubuhan Amal Tanggungjawab Kemapanan Dan Korporat Malaysia.

Corporate Malaysia’s aspirations go beyond mere profits or building world-class buildings or infrastructures. These caring organizations promote sustainable economies by helping marginalized communities and making environmental efforts to preserve our heritage for future generations. This event aims to celebrate the sustainability / CSR achievements of these outstanding corporations and also be a source of inspiration for other corporations to emulate them.

Past CSR Malaysia Award events, supported by Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development Malaysia and various multinationals which saw winners / recipients from diverse industries is back again in 2022 to honour more outstanding corporations in Malaysia for their sustainability and social responsibility initiatives. The event is scheduled to be held at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur.

Sustainability & CSR Malaysia Awards – Judging Criteria:

1. The practices of the company are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) by the United Nations
2. The company gives an undertaking that its practices are not in conflict with the SDGs of the United Nations
3. Clear purpose and goals of the company for the sustainability initiatives
4. The impact created / the significance of the sustainability initiatives
5. Frequency of sustainability / CSR events held
6. Total amount of contributions given
7. Transparency in reporting sustainability / CSR initiatives
8. Creative implementation of the sustainability / CSR activities
9. Strength of the sustainability / CSR team
10. Sincerity and the effectiveness of each initiative
