Since 2020, Second Chance Animal Society (SCAS) has received generous support from The Square by Jaya One, who sponsor a venue bimonthly for our pet adoption drives and fundraising events. These initiatives play a vital role in SCAS’s mission to rehome as many homeless dogs and cats as possible.
SCAS is driven by the belief that every animal deserves a second chance. This vision is made possible through strong, collaborative partnerships. The unwavering support from The Square by Jaya One has helped rehome hundreds of animals and raise essential funds to sustain the SCAS shelter, which currently houses over 500 rescued dogs and cats. Their commitment truly reflects the power of corporate social responsibility in driving positive change.
Equally impactful is the support from the Wildlife Department of Sunway Student Volunteers (SSV) at Sunway University. These passionate student volunteers regularly assist during adoption drives, helping to manage the events, educate the public and care for the animals. Their dedication and compassion greatly amplify the impact of every drive.
With committed collaborators like The Square by Jaya One and the incredible youth from SSV, SCAS continues to move forward — not only in rehoming pets, but also in inspiring a more caring community.
