More than 4000 participants from Penang, Ipoh, Johor, and Klang Valley joined Sunway Property’s Race for A Better Planet 2017 cycling events in response to the organisation’s call to promote green living in the city.
The series of cycling events saw 1200 cyclists gathered at Sunway GEO Avenue for Power Ride and Fun Ride since 6am for a safety briefing and warm up session led by Grit Nation Subang. 50 marshals, 100 volunteers, 35 traffic police & security forces, paramedics and ambulance were also stationed at Sunway GEO Avenue as well as along the routes to direct traffic and provide on-road assistance.
