Cosway (M) Sdn Bhd had announced a three-year Sponsorship Programme partnership in a signing ceremony with Malaysian Gymnastics Federation held at Nexus Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.
In celebrating its 40th anniversary, Cosway (M) Sdn Bhd held a sponsorship signing ceremony with Malaysian Gymnastics Federation (MGF). According to Cosway CEO Dr Alice Lee, the direct-selling company will sponsor MGF RM1 million in cash and kind.
The signing ceremony was attended and witnessed by Steven Sim, the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Ministry. Signees were Dr Alice Lee, Cosway’s Chief Executive Officer and Rachel Lau, President of MGF.
Attendees included 1,200 delegates of Cosway’s top achievers from Asia. Dr Alice Lee said, “In line with Cosway’s direction to reach out to younger demographics and promote an active and healthy lifestyle, we are pleased to be partnering with MGF as we believe MGF showcases an excellent example of promoting active lifestyles, good disciplines amongst themselves and creating a positive impact among the youth.”
Meanwhile, Rachel Lau said she was delighted that as part of Berjaya’s subsidiary, Cosway is a successful homegrown company established for 40 years and MGF is confident that the products produced by Cosway are of high quality and great value which MGF is proud to be associated with.
The Deputy Minister, Steven Sim stated that it is heartening to see a company that wants to support and promote sports among the youths. He hoped that this sponsorship is able to transcend the normal boundaries of sports and he was happy to see that the awareness of the sport will grow further and reach out to more Malaysians.
