CSR Malaysia had a meaningful work meeting with YB Hannah Yeoh, Deputy Minister of Women, Family and Community Development at her office on 12th February 2019. CSR Malaysia team shared some of its recent work with the Ministry.
YB Yeoh took the opportunity to highlight some of the initiatives by her ministry and also spoke about the priorities embarked upon by the ministry.
She encouraged more corporate companies to set up workplace childcare centres for the benefit of working parents with young children. The aim is to promote a better and correct work-life balance in the society and thus laying the foundation for a healthier and safer Malaysia.
CSR Malaysia is the organiser of the annual “CSR Malaysia Awards” and it receives support from the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development. The 2018 annual event was officiated by YAB Dato’ Seri. Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia.
