“My 2nd Home” Programme

The “Island Hospital My 2nd Home” (IH2H) programme creates a welcoming and home-like atmosphere at work. The Staff Recreation Level on Level 6 of the Macalister Wing provides a space for employees to relax and recharge. This initiative enhances job satisfaction and mirrors the comforting environment that is strived for with patients.
