Pertubuhan Kebajikan Lifelink Seribu Kasih (LSK): Bridging the Healthcare Gap with Compassion

May 14, 2025 | CSR Stories

As Malaysia faces the realities of an ageing population and rising healthcare costs, Pertubuhan Kebajikan Lifelink Seribu Kasih (LSK) quietly stands in the gap—bringing care, dignity and hope to those most often overlooked.

LSK is a registered non-profit organisation dedicated to delivering essential healthcare support, completely free, to B40 and medically dependent Malaysians. Operating primarily in Klang Valley, their services include assisted living, domiciliary care, palliative and respite care—all delivered by trained volunteers and driven by compassion.

LSK delivers more than just home healthcare—they bring holistic, in-home support that empowers families. From vital medical equipment and daily medical essentials, to crucial medical nutritional support, LSK helps bridge the gap for those with limited access. They also offer caregiver guidance to support overwhelmed families, ensuring no one feels alone on their journey.

But their impact goes further. By supporting LSK, organisations become part of a meaningful, visible and lasting impact—reducing hospital readmissions, improving quality of life, restoring dignity and transforming how healthcare reaches the grassroots in Malaysia. LSK collaborates closely with CSR or outreach teams to co-create tailored programmes that reflect the company’s values and meet community needs. Whether it’s adopting patient cohorts, sponsoring medical supplies, funding nutrition or organising volunteer efforts, LSK is always ready to design impactful initiatives that align with the organsiation’s goals and touch real lives.

Though rooted in Klang Valley, appeals for help from LSK come from every corner of Malaysia. The need is urgent, and with the public’s support, it is possible to scale this proven model nationwide.

Join LSK in shaping a more compassionate healthcare future. Your contribution—financial, in-kind or time—can help us deliver healing into homes, hope into hearts and dignity into lives.

Let’s build a Malaysia where no one is left behind.
