Putrajaya Holdings Donate Self-Care Essentials To Medical Frontliners

May 24, 2021 | CSR Stories

Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd (PjH) donated self-care essentials to the Putrajaya Hospital as part of the PjH’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative branded as PjH Prihatin which aimed to meet the needs of medical frontliners, staff and patients.

The 2,000 pieces of mini bathroom amenities and sanitising necessities were handed over by PjH’s Corporate Communications team to the representative of the Putrajaya Hospital at a simple CSR programme held recently.

PjH also contributed the same items to Serdang Hospital to help relieve the shortage of much-needed essential-care supplies by the hospital. PjH has participated in and organised various CSR programmes since the enforcement of the first Movement Control Order (MCO) in March 2020. Amongst the many efforts, PjH raised RM20,000 within a week to aid frontliners with essentials, donated 5 cubicles for a swab test, contributed portable air-conditioners, medical supplies, other essentials, and packed food for a week for Putrajaya Hospital’s frontliners, delivered facemask and mineral water to Putrajaya Police District, and handed over two-units of heavy-duty sewing machine to Persatuan Kebajikan Wanita Islam of Putrajaya Hospital.

Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd is the Master Developer of Malaysia’s administrative capital of Putrajaya, the largest urban development project in the country. For all the latest news and information on PjH, visit www.pjh.com.my
