They stared, giggled and whispered, but when they finally got over their shyness, children from the Kompleks Kebajikan Rukaiyah tucked into a feast to remember with TV celebrity Aznil Nawawi. IREKA CARES Kids Had A “Hammering” Good Time

IREKA CARES children from Rumah Hope and Rumah Kanak-Kanak Angels visited the Royal Selangor Pewter Factory in Setapak, Selangor for an educational trip on how one of Malaysia’s oldest industries produces pewter goods. The group of 30 children and Ireka volunteers were taken on a tour by an informative guide, Kishen, who explained the workings of the active foundry from its beginnings in 1885 to the present day. Flavor, Flour and Fun Fused by Great Eastern and Young Chefs Academy

Great Eastern Life Assurance (Malaysia) Berhad organized a half-day baking class for 30 underprivileged children between the ages of 8 and 12 at Young Chefs Academy recently. Protecting Our Precious Water Sources

A Promise Kept: Eco World Foundation’s New Roads for Kampung Sri Sentosa

Even when it rains, the spirits of the villagers at flood-prone Kampung Sri Sentosa in Ijok Selangor remain high now that they have new and proper access roads into the village thanks to the Eco World Foundation. Eco World Foundation rendered assistance to Kampung Sri Sentosa when the village was badly hit by the floods not long ago. Touching The Lives of Folks in Their Golden Years

The management and employees of AirAsia X Berhad recently paid a visit to the elderly residents of Ampang Old Folks Home in Kuala Lumpur and touched the lives of its residents in more ways than one.
